Mai Chau is called “another Sapa”. Mai Chau itself is very rural with no real downtown - rather, it is a collection of villages, farms and huts spread out over a large village area. The most interesting things to do here is trekking through Thai villages. We can visit and understand customs of Thai people in Mai Chau.
Day 1: Ha Noi - Hoa Binh - Mai Chau ( L,D )
Pick up at the hotel and drive to Hoa Binh for a visit Hoa Binh hydroelectricity that is the biggest one in Vietnam. We will continue onto Mai Chau. After lunch, we will visit Lac, Pom Coong villages. Walk to see “Tho Cam”, a unique product of Thai minority, house on stilts and Thai’s customs. Enjoy dinner and listen to the traditional music show. Stay overnight at house on stilts.
Day 2: Mai Chau - Ha Noi ( B,L)
After breakfast, we will visit Xa Linh Village ( Black H'Mong ) which is 35 km far from Mai Chau where we will have a chance to learn about their customs, culture and witness the daily life. Enjoy lunch at Mai Chau. We will return to Ha Noi, we stop en route for taking photos of beautiful sceneries in this mountainous area. Arrive in Ha Noi City and end of the trip at the hotel.
